Head, Outreach(Manager’s Level)
• To develop, organize, and deliver outreach awareness programs nationwide
• To work directly with public and organizations and if possible intermediaries to achieve objectives
• Identify target audience for awareness programs
• Create a strategic and operational plan to implement and ensure nationwide coverage to targeted audience
• Design awareness materials for all targeted audiences
• Deliver awareness programs to targeted audiences
• Identify vendors / intermediaries to assist in developing / spreading the awareness programs
• Lead and guide Outreach team
• Have IT background
• Organizing and conducting similar awareness programs in large scale, or other awareness program of other areas
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Have some marketing / sales / promotional experience
• Strong presentation skills
• Have extensive networks with corporate and government organizations
2. Senior Executive,Content & Website
• Ensure awareness materials are constantly updated in website
• Materials must be relevant to targeted audience with prevailing situation
• Push info to all contact persons in al organizations
• Conduct internet research on available content / websites / links on awareness
• Conduct books, magazines, journals and periodicals research on available awareness materials
• To solicit approvals from source of those materials
• Upload materials to website / newsletters
• Conduct needs analysis to identify what other issues / areas are required by targeted audience
• Conduct research in the internet
• Conduct research in books, periodicals and journals
• Have managed websites
• Can do simple multimedia presentations using Flash or similar applications
• Develop newsletter
3. Senior Executive,Content Development
• Develop courses that are relevant with contents that can develop Information Security professionals in their career.
• Assist organizations in developing a structured manner to develop Information Security professionals
• Conduct industry / organizational needs analysis todetermine what courses /. Programs are required
• Conduct facilitation sessions with trainers to develop course materials
• Conduct quality audits of all course materials to see its relevance and content validity
• Improve all course materials in its content, structure, delivery
• Develop post – course evaluation questionnaires to determine quality of programs
• Conduct organizational / industry training needs analysis
• Identify what courses are required by industry and organizations
• Develop course materials
